Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to lead their accounting
and financial reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting
and payroll
Prepare and present accurate financial statements in accordance
with GAAP
Manage and mentor the accounting team while supporting budgeting
and forecasting processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA
or CMA certification
Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including
3+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with accounting software and financial management
systems
Prior experience in growth stage startups or EdTech is highly
desirable
