A company is looking for a Global Head of Customer
Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive customer marketing strategy
focused on pipeline generation and customer lifetime value
Use customer data and analytics to identify segments and tailor
marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Oversee integrated marketing campaigns targeting existing customers
and define KPIs to measure success
Required Qualifications
Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in customer marketing,
retention, or related roles, with a focus on B2B marketing
Strong leadership and team management experience
Excellent understanding of customer data analytics, segmentation,
and CRM tools
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an
MBA is a plus
Experience in SaaS, technology, or payments-based businesses
