Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide
technical support for computer-related and network operations for
employees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical assistance to users
Manage deployment and support of laptops and mobile devices
Triage and follow up on support tickets, documenting problems and
solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or Security
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MacOS
Understanding of JIRA or other ticketing systems
Experience managing cloud-based user directories
