Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Research Project Manager to oversee the creation and integration of a key governance forum within its commercialization model.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the R-TAG process from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies
Coordinate with R-TAG co-chairs to set priorities, align agendas, and manage deliverables
Facilitate R-TAG decisions and ensure effective communication and implementation by downstream functions


Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree & 2 years of technology experience OR Master's degree & 4 years of technology experience OR Bachelor's degree & 6 years of technology experience OR Associate's degree & 10 years of technology experience OR High school diploma/GED & 12 years of technology experience
Extensive experience in biopharmaceutical R&D and drug development
Advanced degree in a relevant field with substantial cross-functional leadership experience in governance
Experience leading complex governance structures and facilitating critical initiatives
Program and project management skills in a healthcare-related environment
