Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Donor Relations
& Marketing Manager to enhance fundraising, donor engagement, and
organizational outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement personalized engagement strategies for donor
relations
Manage marketing campaigns across various channels to raise
awareness and drive engagement
Assist in planning and executing annual fundraising campaigns and
special initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit
management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising,
or marketing, preferably in the nonprofit sector
Proven track record of successful donor engagement and marketing
strategies
Strong understanding of fundraising tools and marketing
platforms
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
