Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Account Management to lead
their Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve
retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction goals
Own and refine the account management strategy to maximize customer
engagement and long-term growth
Analyze customer data to identify churn risks and opportunities for
expansion
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or
a related field within SaaS or MarTech
4+ years of leadership or management experience with a proven track
record of coaching teams
Strong experience in contract negotiations and renewals focused on
retention and account growth
Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to leverage
insights for strategic decisions
Experience with CRM and customer success tools (Salesforce and
Hubspot) is required
