Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee global
payroll operations and ensure compliance with payroll
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll preparation, processing, and distribution for 600
employees across multiple countries
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
globally
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance payroll
operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
7+ years of direct payroll experience with a thorough understanding
of payroll processing regulations
Thorough knowledge of payroll-related Federal, State, and Local tax
compliance requirements
Multi-state US payroll experience and global payroll experience
preferred
Proficiency with Workday and experience with third-party
administrators for international payroll
BA/BS degree preferred; CPP certification is a strong plus
