Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to
focus on recruiting independently licensed therapists.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to recruit
qualified provider candidates
Conduct prospecting efforts and execute outbound campaigns to
generate new leads
Screen and qualify prospective providers based on clinical,
educational, and licensure requirements
Required Qualifications
1+ years of inside sales or recruitment experience, preferably in
healthcare or behavioral health
Experience in managing high-volume inbound inquiries and generating
leads through cold outreach
Proficient in using CRM software and lead generation tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced
environment
