Up to $15,000 Sign On Bonus available based on experience!
Position Summary:Prepares microscopic tissue slides for
diagnostic/research purposes; performs tissue stains to assist in
diagnosis; handles specimen accessioning; maintains laboratory and
equipment. Performs more complex techniques such as enzyme
chemistry and immunohisto chemistry. Reviews quality control,
performs operational duties, maintenance and troubleshooting of
histology instruments and equipment. Will provide supervision and
technical direction to Histology Technician, as requested. Performs
and fulfills all HICS (Hospital Incident Command System)
responsibilities as directed and needed by the facility in times of
