Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage
client payroll implementations and monthly payroll processing in
Spain.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during payroll
setup and onboarding
Oversee payroll implementations, ensuring compliance with Spanish
payroll regulations
Train and mentor junior payroll specialists while managing the full
payroll cycle
Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience in processing Spanish payroll
in-house end-to-end
Expertise in Spanish payroll laws, tax regulations, and Collective
Bargaining Agreements
Experience managing data migration, payroll parallels, and system
configuration
Proficiency in Spanish and English
