Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer II-CSM.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain ServiceNow instances, including workflows
and reports
Support team members in aligning ServiceNow best practices with
business requirements
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design
solutions
Required Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, particularly
CSM
Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as HRSD or
ITSM
Expertise in ServiceNow integration, automation, and workflows
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
Certification in ServiceNow (CSA) and (CAD) or (Implementer)
required
