In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding clients through the estate planning process with expertise, empathy, and high-level communication. We prioritize white-glove client care, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience at every step.

Responsibilities:
--- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the estate planning process.
--- Establish and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication.
--- Field face-to-face meetings including design, drafting, and closing.
--- Draft estate planning and administration documents with precision and attention to detail.
--- Handle client and financial institution calls with professionalism and discretion.
--- Proactively manage workloads, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
--- Consistently achieve key performance metrics, including data management and binder preparation.

Qualifications:
--- 5+ years of experience in trust and estate planning.
--- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
--- Paralegal certification is a strong plus.
--- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare and review legal documents with accuracy.
--- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
--- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, resourceful approach.
--- Dependability, professionalism, and the ability to take initiative.
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
