• Supervise all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors and trades for both structural and interior work.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.

• Monitor project budgets and timelines to achieve cost-effective results.
• Facilitate communication between the project manager, client, and site teams to address any issues.
• Implement problem-solving strategies to mitigate delays and ensure timely completion.ProfileThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in multifamily residential construction. You must have a strong background in structural work, including concrete and steel, as well as interior finishes. A keen understanding of construction management principles, safety regulations, and local building codes is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are critical, as is the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
