Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complaint Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Identify, review, and process complaints for evaluation according
to regulations and company policy
Ensure accurate documentation, evaluation, and reporting of
complaint investigation results
Manage post-market surveillance and vigilance reporting, including
complaint records review and closure
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-5 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry or
related field
Knowledge of US and International regulatory post-market
requirements
Experience with software medical device products preferred
Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is a
plus
