Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Connections Representative to
conduct outbound calls and schedule appointments for preventive
care services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments with Nurse
Practitioners
Meet call center metrics while providing high-quality customer
service
Document interactions in electronic medical records and maintain
confidentiality
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalency
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or comparable software
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Customer Service/Call Center experience in health care is
preferred
