Job Description:
A company is looking for an ITSM Analyst responsible for
managing ITIL processes and ensuring effective IT service
management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and governance of assigned ITIL
processes
Conduct training for IT staff and maintain process
documentation
Monitor process performance and submit reports to ITIL Governance
Manager
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field, or four
years of equivalent work experience
ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or V4) required upon hire
Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Service Management role
Minimum 2 years of experience using an enterprise class ITSM tool,
preferably ServiceNow
Preferred 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry
