Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capture Team Lead to lead efforts in
identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the capture process from opportunity identification
to contract award
Create win strategies, including customer engagement and
competitive assessments
Manage proposal development efforts, ensuring timely and compliant
submissions
Required Qualifications
US Citizenship Required
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10+ years of relevant
experience
Understanding of capture management best practices
Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition processes
and contracting vehicles
Knowledge of various DoD funding sources for securing research and
development funding
